Steve has been a life saver! When our basement flooded, he helped diagnose the problem, then did all of the remediation work: removing soaked insulation and drywall, disinfecting and cleaning the floor, installing new insulation and drywall, and painting. Fantastic experience working with Steve.
I cold-called Steve looking to have him repair three outdoor faucets that had frozen this past winter. Apparently I did not purge the lines cleanly this year, and these 11 year old faucets all started leaking.
Steve answered my call and asked me to send as much information about the faucets via Pictures to his number so that he could be prepared with parts - if needed.
He showed up at the leading edge of his best-guess-appointment-window, and was able to fix all three faucets in under 2 hours (including a run to get additional parts).
He was polite, professional and very efficient with his work. All three faucets are back to their non-leaking state.
I'll absolutely be keeping Steve's number for home repair projects that are above my pay-grade.
